IT'S IN THE DETAIL
Nestled on the half acre leafy grounds of "Denver", a beautiful Victorian heritage home circa 1885, is The Loft. With views overlooking the district to the Barrington Tops, it's really private, so comfortable and quiet when you need it to be. The Loft sits to the left of the heritage home, has a separate driveway and a private entrance. Perfect for couples visiting the Hunter and business/sporting travellers...and anyone else really!
Newly renovated, The Loft is a big space, 12m x 6m. With a luxury king sized bed, ensuite, kitchenette, business desk, air conditioning, TV and ironing facilities, you can settle in and relax and still get some work done. Separate to the main house, The Loft secures your privacy, it has its own entrance and car park.
The Loft's kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster, china, cutlery, wine glasses, tea/coffee making facilities (supplied), a small fridge, microwave and a small dining setting for 2 at the window with views over Denver's garden. So making breakfast is easy, as is prepping a simple lunch or reheating meals.
We provide only premium hotel quality linen, feather doonas and pillows for the king bed, soft and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom has all your amenities such as soap, shampoo, body wash, moisturiser etc as well as new, fluffy, Egyptian cotton white towels, hand towels and flannels.
For your comfort there is a chaise lounge plus a business desk for your laptop with a desk lamp and phone charging. Iron and ironing board and also a hair dryer and clothes hangers.
We can service extras: full delivered cooked breakfast, laundry service, home cooked meals, and transport - charges apply for these extra services.

'It is a great space for two or three people, sparkling clean and curated to every single detail. Location is close to Hunter valley and a stone thrown to Newcastle and Port Stephens Thank you Allie
Nice and private, clean and convenient. Easy check in and check out. Great communication - thanks for the stay! 5/5 stars
Allie, it was great! It's a lovely place with plenty of space for 2. Fantastic ambience overall.
A lovely little space, perfect for a couple. Very quiet area and we woke up to bird song. The host welcomed us and we’re happy to recommend this place.
You will not be disappointed with this accomodation, great service, great price.... perfect:) Allie was thoughtful and hospitable in every way. The loft was lovely and all the little finishing touches made it feel like home but on the next level... thanks so much for having us Allie, Jodi x
Cute and comfortable space. Great for a weekend getaway or for a longer stay. Allie was a wonderful host and very communicative.
Clean Living! The room was clean and tidy, Perfect for our get away. The room had everything we needed, really cosy and well kept. The location was good, we could drive out to where we wanted to be.
A perfect Getaway!! Within a small space (similar to a studio apartment) there was exactly what you’d want-a comfy king size bed with quality linen, privacy (no one hassling you about your stay), kitchenette, leather lounge chairs x 2, quiet (away from noisy streets...didn’t hear any noise from neighbours on a Friday or Saturday night), close to wine country but away from crowds, interesting places to visit right on the doorstep (art gallery, gaol) cafes on the river and another with great reviews within walking distance). The host even left local artisan chocolate to have with coffee and tea. Really enjoyed it!
