Morpeth Sourdough Seeded Wholewheat is a mix of our long fermentation wholewheat dough with premium quality seeds. And with linseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and LSA, it’s a great source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Morpeth Sourdough Seeded Wholewheat is a long fermentation dough from premium wholewheat flour with a mix of quality seeds. Our authentic sourdough process uses only flour, filtered water, iodised salt, plus our signature starter culture and is 100% vegan and natural. The seeds and almonds used in this loaf are rich in omega fatty acids and the LSA is milled fresh each bake.

Ingredients:

  • linseeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sesame seeds
  • LSA (linseed, sunflower seed and almond meal) freshly milled

After a long fermentation period, we roll and sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds and its baked in a tin. Morpeth Sourdough Seeded Wholewheat is a full of flavour and is wholesome source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
