We use only premium quality Australian rolled oats direct from the mill. Using gentle hand blending rather than machine mixing, the oats are jam packed with seeds, nuts and dried fruits to produce a healthy & tasty alternative to other natural muesli on the market. Serve with fresh or poached fruits and natural yoghurt or soak overnight in apple juice and mix with yoghurt or milk. Perfect as a low fat base for muffins, biscuits and slices.
